This work is a part of the Participatory Action Research to Community-Based Fire Prevention and Peatland Restoration, an action research project funded by Temasek Foundation International and Singapore Cooperation Enterprise. CIFOR works together with local community and partner on activities to prevent fire, restore peatland, and create sustainable livelihood. We expect to influence social transformation and changes in behavior of the local community in the long run.
